Alexa O’Connor is Vice President of Grants & Initiatives at the Leonetti/O’Connell Family Foundation, where she helps guide strategic grantmaking. She also serves as Vice President of Areté Rising, the foundation’s social enterprise. Her work focuses on overseeing the LOC Scholars program and creating high-impact opportunities that expand access to education, networks, and resources that support long-term success. Alexa earned her BA from the University of Michigan and an MPA from the USC Price School of Public Policy.
