Louis Mendez is the Senior Manager of Data Systems at Areté Rising, bringing expertise in designing and scaling data infrastructure for mission-driven organizations. At KIPP Northern California Public Schools, he led a system-wide migration to Google Cloud, developed tools that improved insight across 22 schools, and built models that informed staffing and budget decisions. With a strong background in SQL, DBT, and GCP, Louis ensures data is accessible, reliable, and actionable for decision-making. In his current role, he is focused on optimizing infrastructure to scale as Areté grows. He lives in Sacramento with his wife and daughter.
