Alaina Berg is a licensed clinical social worker and Director of Product at Areté Rising, where she develops inclusive tools and systems that expand access to education and workforce opportunities. Her career spans youth development, workforce readiness, and trauma-informed care, blending service, advocacy, and innovation to help communities thrive. Alaina earned her MSW from the UIC Jane Addams College of Social Work. She lives in Chicago, where she spends time with family and friends, listens to podcasts, and enjoys staying active.
