Data Associate

Tien Tang is the Data Associate at Areté Rising, where he manages databases, builds custom interfaces, and streamlines workflows across programs. With a foundation in human development and support services, he pairs technical skills with a people-centered approach. Before joining Areté, Tien worked as a childcare counselor supporting at-risk youth, helping them strengthen life skills and work toward long-term success. He holds a Psychology degree from California State University, Northridge. Tien is a Southern California native with a passion for car culture, Tien also enjoys fitness, gaming, and exploring new food experiences outside of work.
