2024 Scholars Weekend

Please join us for a Welcome Weekend to celebrate the 2024 LOC Scholars and to send off the 2023 LOC Scholars as they prepare to embark on their college journey!

LOC Scholars and up to two parents or guardians are invited to attend. All events, except the scholar social, are for both scholars and parents.

Itinerary
Events will begin on Friday afternoon and conclude on Saturday evening, with an optional cultural event on Sunday. Complete details will be posted here soon.
Events will be held at the Conrad or a short walk from there.
Friday: Attire is smart casual.
Smart casual is neat and polished attire that includes dress shirts or blouses paired with chinos, khakis or stylish jeans. It does not include ripped denim, tank tops, shorts, or flip flops.
Saturday: Attire is business casual.
Business casual attire includes collars/button-downs, slacks, and dresses. It does not include ripped denim, t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, or flip flops.
All travel and lodging costs will be covered by the Foundation. Hotel accommodations for two nights will be provided at the Conrad. If you wish to stay additional nights at your own cost please let us know on the RSVP form and we will make your reservation accordingly. For air travel, you will be contacted by the Foundation after you have submitted your RSVP form and we will work with you to arrange your flights.
Transportation to and from the hotel and airport will be provided. More information on transportation will be shared closer to the event.
